Registration
or Sign in Problems

This
is a Beta
Version of this social network, so it is possible that some
problems with registration or sign in can happen.
Important:
the
main problem with registration is that the user has to confirm
his registration by clicking the link received in the email
in the sentence Hi [you_remail]
You Have to Click Here to Confirm Your Email. Don't use
other page.
So is very important that the user access the login page
only by this link.
If
you have problems trying to register or sign in, please,

and we will try to solve it.

I
forgot my password |
This
is a very commom problem and you always can request your password
in the Password Assistent Page. |
What
tools are avaliable now? |
In
this second step of Beta Version only the following pages are working: User
Home, Edit Profile and Search, Bookmarks, Invite People, and the News System. Other pages like
Groups and Friends will be working soon. This is a procedure to test
each tool before implementing a new one. |
The
layout doesn't look good for me |
It
is a very difficult task to create a layout that works in
all screen resolutions and to all browsers. So we have to
make some choices in this case. The site is best viewed with
a screen resolution of 1024 x 768, the most used resolution
in the world, and Firefox browser. To change your resolution
go to the Screen Resolution Page. |
User
Home Page |
The
User Home page is the main page for the user. The first time
the user access his account he will be directed to the Edit
Profile page in order to fill in his basic information. But
after that, every time the user signs in he will be directed
to the User Home page. In this page the user can see his profile
with different degrees of visibility, control the profile
status (visible or hidden), delete the entire profile or go
to the Edit Profile page. In the User Home Page are listed
the last News about the site and the News posted by all members.
In the column on the right side there are the Configuration
and Administration Tools, where the user can control all aspects
of his activity in logosphera.com. |

I want to be excluded |
If you want to be excluded, whatever the reason, it is your right.
You can exclude yourself in your User Home page, by choosing the option
Delete Profile. All data in our network about you will be deleted in an
irreversible way. You can also choose the option
Hide Profile. In this case all
data will be saved but only you can access them. Later you can show your profile
again, if you wish.
If you don't remember your password to sign in, go to the
Password Assistent Page.

Is
English the only language? |
English
is the basic language in our general pages, but not
the only one. All languages can be used. News, Courses, groups and
profiles can use the language that they consider more appropiate
to their specific public, in the fields that allow typing.
There isn't any restriction to use other languages in logosphera.com.
Some general pages with more extended information will be
published in other languages as well. |
